Dr. Greg Garrett will join us to share how the writer and activist James Baldwin helps us to understand race, culture, politics, and faith. Dr. Garrett is the Carole McDaniel Hanks Professor of Religion and Culture at Baylor University, and the author of more than two dozen books of fiction, nonfiction, and memoir, including The Gospel According to James Baldwin from Orbis Books (2023).
