Walk in the Light
As we begin this third work week of the new year, (wow, time is moving) I was reminded this week of a passage of scripture in the Gospel of John, chapter 1, verse 5 which says these words: “This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.” Friends, during these seemingly dark days, with all that is happening in the world, our country, our neighborhoods, and personally what we are going through today, always remember this: Jesus IS STILL the Light of the World and we walk in the Light of our Lord in trusting Him during these difficult times!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank you that You sent your one and only Son, Jesus Christ, into this world to be the beacon of light for humanity. Now Lord, help us to walk in the light of your love and be a reflection of your love to everyone that we may encounter; especially those who are living in darkness and we will forever give you glory and praise, in the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen!
