Participating in a Small Groups Bible Study is the best way to grow spiritually as Christians. In addition to attending worship services on Sunday, when studying the Word of God in a Small Group, people function better and grow more effectively. In the video, Pastor West expounds on the following three reasons why Small Groups are so important to Christians:
- In Small Groups, you learn alongside other believers
- In Small Groups, participation gives you built-in accountability
- In Small Groups, you develop life-long relationships

As we continue on Our Journey 8-week Prayer Campaign, this week’s prayer focus is Spiritual Growth. Pray this prayer everyday this week to allow the Lord to help you decide which Small Group Bible Study is suitable for you.
Heavenly Father, our desire is to love you with our whole heart. Our desire is to follow you. Our desire is to be an instrument for you! In order for us to love, follow, and be used by you, we must avail ourselves to grow in you. Lord, help us to put away the things that keep us from moving in your direction and concentrate on you. Amen!
The new session of Small Groups Bible Study begins on August 20th. Click here to see a full list of classes and descriptions.
Participating in small groups has been a wonderful learning experience!
When I first became a member of TCWW Rev London ensured that I was signed up… for a small groups. Me, Myself and Lies was my first small group and I met so many people that I would have never known had I not attended a small group. That has helped get more involved and not feel like the church is so big. I look forward to the relationships and bonds that are built during our short time together.
Small groups are a great way to establish friendships! I still talk to my first small group friends that I took in 2006. They encourage and provide accountability.
As a new member, the small group study makes the mass fellowship of Sunday very intimate!
Coffee and Christ!
I really can appreciate the message God ? allowed Pas to video, because it is true!! I come Frome a small Apostolic Church Achers Homes and it was an act of God for me to move out my sit to join after Rick and Felicia Edwards invited me. It wasn’t me but The I came for small group table Bible study in the Gym and Rennekia welcomed my son and I making us feel at home that started causing the room to become smaller. I joined Mosaic Women and now so many members know me I know them and we’ve truly became family. Times are trying right now but I’m always encouraged and encourage others so we grow!! Key word spiritual growth takes place, as Pas said is the reason He grew! Thank you ? Pas for being the Jewel you are!! We love you and staff that hold your arms up! Stay encouraged always.
My wife and I have befriended three couples while attending Marriage Ministry classes at TCWW. This friendship has resulted in dinner at each other’s homes throughout the year and summer vacationing together. We have love one for another and consider them all as family.
God’s grace shows in many forms.
