My Good Will Outlast Their Evil
Scripture: “Don’t let evil get the best of you; get the best of evil by doing good” Romans 12:21
Devotional: My friends, sometimes it’s not always easy to maintain a Christlike disposition because people and or our personal issues will, at times, push us to the limit. However, you and I need to remember one simple fact; we are not alone in this battle because our God is with us! As a result of His presence, we can be His representatives of Him as we serve, survive, and even thrive in the midst of so much trouble all around us!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you so much for your people who are ministering and caring for in our community. I pray that You will continue to give us everything that we need as we persevere through our own personal issues and problems and remind us that there is a great cloud of witnesses that are cheering us on as we do good to all, in the name of Jesus name we pray, Amen!
Reflection Questions: What is your outlet when you give of yourself for the betterment of others and it’s not returned back you?
There are Times when I Feel Irritated, I Smile and Try to keep my Mind Focused, even though the Inner Feelings aren’t Pleased.
I Choose Not Allow my Joy to be Controlled because my Health is Way more Important!
I Embrace God’s Gift within Me.
This Joy that I Have.
The Devil will try to attack you at your lowest. Challenges come unexpectedly. I am so thankful for my God that strengthens me to fight off the Devil and overcome any challenge. He’s Almighty and I thank Him daily.
Thank you for His daily word!
I have to admit, it is tough for me to stay peaceful. I resolve my unrest by staying in God’s word, confessing and believing His promises, and praying. One of my favorite scriptures is Philipians 4:6 that reads “Let your requests be known unto the Lord through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will rest, rule, and abide in your heart through Christ Jesus.”
