Moving Toward Thee In 2023
Scripture: “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.” – I Corinthians 16:13
Devotional: Hope you are doing well and Happy New Year to you! Wow, what a year we experienced in 2022 and as we are reminded in Philippians 3: 12-14 to press forward and upward in our walk and witness in Christ. Friends, you and I can accomplish this by staying prayerful and grounded in the Word of God as we trust Him to lead, guide, and direct our lives.
Prayer: Father, thank you for yet another chance to testify to those around us and those that we may encounter, your goodness and your graciousness; we love you and help us to remain faithful and trustworthy in all that we do, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen and Amen!!!
Question: What are you going to do differently in 2023 to grow upwardly in your relationship with Jesus Christ?
I will read my Bible more seeking a daily understanding of God’s word.
I am committing to reading through the bible using the 52 week plan in 2023.
Praise God from whom all blessings flow so grateful to see a new year 2023. However God told me in order for it to be a new year I have to do new things as he is doing the same‼️ New THINGS and I want to be a part of ii IN THE NAME OF JESUS 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I am taking one of the mosaic women’s 6 week study class
Just looking forward to the new year and may God rest assured that he will walk with me as I walk with him knowing that I cannot do this by myself but he said I will go before before you and be with you and lead you and guide you into all truth and all things
I am committed to reading my bible in a year so that I can grow in his word and live his words daily.
More disciplined with my Reading the Bible initiative. Attend a small group class.
My prayer is to read through the Bible in 1 year and this time complete it. Today’s devotional allows me to stand firm in my faith and not waiver no matter what the circumstances that come before me. The only way this can happen is that I keep God first in all things.
To be more diligent in prayer time and reading the Bible. To share Christ more.
