Mondays & Wednesdays | 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Saturdays | 12:00 – 2:00 pm
Led by Adrian Myles. Adults can compete in basketball pickup games, while the youth enjoy everything from jump roping to bouncing around through hula hoops.

High-Intensity Interval Training Class (HIIT) | Queenston
Wednesdays | 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Led by Sonja Galloway. Bring personal dumbbells if available, workout mats, a water bottle, and a towel. Workout helps you to get fit and reduce blood sugar, and blood pressure, among other things.
Community Walk | Eldridge
Tuesdays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Led by Adrian Myles. Please bring a towel and a water bottle. Come fellowship and share your faith with others while walking the Eldridge parking lot.
