Debra Bell

Debra Bell is currently a Career Counselor at Houston Baptist University, formerly she worked as a Career Coach with Lee Hecht Harrison, she is Owner and Sr. Consultant for P3 Coaching and Consulting. In 2006 she started P3 Coaching and Consulting, where she combines the skills and training received at DBM and experience with several non-profit organizations to assist others in personal and professional growth and development. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, she uses the mediums of coaching, MasterMind groups, workshops, Rest & Redirection Retreats, and seminars to partner with clients in achieving success.

With more than twenty years of ministry experience Debra has served as a lay leader and staff minister at The Church Without Walls, with her pastor Rev. Dr. Ralph D. West. She has also worked at Kainos Community Church with pastors, Rev. Drs. Joe and Yolande Herron-Palmore as an executive minister.

Debra has been a speaker, preached, facilitated workshops, retreats, seminars, training sessions and worked one-on-one with clients across the country. Debra is a graduate of the University of Houston (BS) and Houston Graduate School of Theology (M.Div). She is also the proud parent of one son, Philip Karl Minor.

Rhonda Dallas is the founder of R2EWD, “Reaching To Empower Women Daily” and Owner of Rhonda Dallas Coaching and Personal Development. She has a determination and drive to mentor women, men, children and young teens that are facing life altering situations in their lives. She holds a duo degree in Health Care Administration, and Social work from Texas Southern University. She is also a Certified Life Coach from Coaches Institute International where she coaches people all over the United States, and most recently, a certified nutritional counselor from Holt Institute in California. She is the President of Wealthy Sisters Network Cooperfield/Bear Creek Chapter.   Rhonda Dallas has coached in Houston, and recently in Oxford, London where she led a group of Pastor’s Wives in an intense coaching seminar on the importance of balance and time

She realized at an early walk in her Christian Faith that God had called her to be a mentor, motivator, and encourager to people all over the globe. After accepting this challenge she knew she wanted to start some type of organization that would afford everyday people the opportunity to be mentored right where they were. Rhonda’s mission is to assist people of all ages and backgrounds, into becoming all they can be by equipping those with the necessary tools of life that they need to help them to discover their own dreams, desires, passions, and to rediscover what it means to live a full, happy and balanced life. She is a sought out speaker for colleges, organizations, and church’s.

Her most recent projects include partnering with The Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” Initiative to combat Obesity in children, teens, and adults. Her passion is that children not be left behind due to weight constrictions. She just launched BMI 2014 which is a program centered around bringing awareness to everyone on the importance of Body Mass Index. She was recognized as one of the top 50 Black Health, Medical, & Wellness Professionals for 2013 in Houston, Texas from the DMARS Publications. She has worked with “Great Day Houston” the Debra Duncan Show, and the Wade Smith Foundation. She is also the Ambassador for The State of Texas for Hip Hop For Health .

Rhonda is a Christian woman who is a wife and mother. She is a native of Chicago, Illinois and resides now in Houston, Texas.  Growing up in Chicago, she knew that she was going to make a difference in lives of women because she saw that everyone deserves a chance but just needs a little help and someone to sit alongside of them to be there as an encourager through their hurdles. She serves in various leadership roles at her church, The Church Without Walls. Rhonda Dallas has written numerous women and teen newsletters and is currently working on her first book. She has held several seminars for Mothers and Daughters, recently divorced women, and nutritional writings for everyone. She also consults corporations all across the globe on relational growth. She sponsors an annual Prom Dress Drive every year to assist teens who have limited resources.

Sylvia Phillips

Sylvia Grady Phillips is a native of San Antonio, Texas.  She has lived in Houston for over thirty years.  She is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  Sylvia has over thirty-five years experience in Corporate America where she started her career as a legal secretary, being promoted to a paralegal and then, a project manager. She is the owner and CEO of Sylvia G. Phillips Coaching.  Sylvia received her BS in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University and studied Mental Health Counseling at Capella University Graduate School. Sylvia is a Certified John Maxwell Coach as well as a workplace and family mediator. Sylvia has general training in the BackStory Breakthrough Method by Dr. Kirleen Neely, PhD, LPC-S.

Sylvia has an optimistic outlook on life and knows that taking action is the fist step. She encourages her clients to move regardless of obstacles. One of her mottos is Always in Motion “AIM.” She advocates helping clients move from STUCK to FREEDOM. Sylvia teaches her clients to be flexible in an ever-changing world. Her positive attitude encourages others to persevere and never give up on their dreams.  Sylvia educates clients on shifting the inner-voice from negative thoughts to positive actions.  She surmises that when you are true to self you will most often be true to others.

Sylvia is a motivational speaker that has spoken to groups including Jack and Jill – Humble, Kingwood area, Beauty Beyond Breast Cancer, Fresh Spirit Wellness for Women, Shell Oil Company’s Black Network, and Shell Oil Company’s Women’s organization. Sylvia has chaired and raised money for organizations such as Susan G. Komen Shell event and Fresh Spirit Legacy Event.

Although Sylvia is an exceptional speaker, she understands that listening is one of the greatest gifts one can possess.  She strives to be an excellent listener so that she not only hears but also understands the needs of her clients.  Sylvia is well known for her confidentiality and professionalism.  She remains true to strong values and morals and encourages others to do the same.

Sylvia spends time mentoring youth and ministering to women in the crossroads of life.  She enjoys running and completed the Houston Half Marathon and other fun runs. Sylvia has authored Thirty Days to a Purposeful Transition, an online tool. She is the author of All Cried Out as well as From Stilettos to Sneakers schedule for release in fourth quarter, 2018.

Sylvia was awarded The Scales of Excellence Award from Shell Oil Company on several occasions for her successful delivery of projects. Sylvia has sat on the board Fresh Spirit Wellness for Women.  Her clients include individuals, groups, and non-profit organizations.

Brenda A. White is a Certified Coach, Life Strategist, and Empowerment Speaker. She is also the Founder of Choices Within, LLC, a leadership, individual contributor, and team development company offering services that change the way serious individuals approach the art of self-improvement and empowerment. Brenda specializes in individual improvement for personal and business growth. She believes the most effective individuals integrate innate gifts and personality traits to maximize results. Although she holds a Master’s degree in Education Technology, she feels much of her success in helping others to find direction in life draws heavily from her leadership background in the retail and financial industries. Brenda believes in focused living and the importance of personal goal setting and action plans. She believes that a clear sense of direction and intention can help us become all that God designed us to be.

Brenda is a charismatic and energetic leader who continues to push beyond her limits. Her Master’s degree and her Computer Science degree are from the University of Arkansas systems. She has impacted the lives of countless individuals throughout her career, church, The Church Without Walls in Houston, TX, and work as an active member of the Houston Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She enjoys volunteering her time to various not-for-profit organizations, mentoring, and coaching individuals in developing life plans. She encourages herself and others to think big and work the power within.

She decided to turn a childhood dream of becoming an accomplished writer into reality. Her novels are humorous and drama-filled love stories of bringing your complete self into a relationship while being pruned through joy, pain, and adversity. In addition to the love of writing, her family holds her heart; she gets extremely excited while watching football, especially the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Dallas Cowboys; she makes a good attempt at golfing, and she loves books, bags, journals, and shoes.

Since Ruth Williams founded Plus Factor Consulting, she has navigated businesses and faith-based organizations to achieve their goals and impeccably blueprint their visions. Ruth received her Certified Professional Coach certification from Coaches Institute International. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
