Join the Mosaic Women’s Ministry for a morning of sisterly empowerment designed to align our relationships and well-being as we refocus, reset, and move towards transformation. “She Talks” consists of 3 main segments:
Segment 1: License and Assurance: Confidence in Christ for Victory in Relationships
Building Trust in Relationships – Trust is the foundation for relationships to grow and thrive—this is true whether the relationships are personal, professional or family. Learn how to have difficult conversations surrounding trust and discover ways to salvage relationships when trust has been broken.
Reclaiming the Romance: Re-igniting Intimacy in Your Marriage – Has the intimacy in your marriage diminished due to life or marital challenges, the demands of work, caring for children or simply allowing the sheer familiarity with one another to be a hindrance? God’s plan for married couples is totally intimacy. Identify ways to re-ignite the intimacy in your marriage.
Finding Fullness in Your Singleness – Your wholeness and identity doesn’t come from your education, position, children or a spouse—they come from Him. Christ came that you might have life and have it more abundantly. Live life purposefully, joyfully and with fulfillment.
Mending Family Relationships – Why should we bother? When should we bother? As Christians we are obligated to pursue peace in our familial relationships. Take steps to lead your family towards healing and reconciliation.
Setting Boundaries in Professional Relationships – Setting proper boundaries is critical to having healthy relationships with our peers, subordinates and managers. Jesus, our ultimate example, set boundaries. Be empowered by reinforcing and clearly communicating your boundaries.
Segment 2: Roadside Assistance: Fit, Fine, Fabulous (Mind & Body Wellness)
Do You Love Who You See? – Resist the temptation to measure your life according to the world’s standards, compare your life to others or lament on unmet goals or what you do not have. Let’s realign our focus and see ourselves as God sees us.
Managing Stress and Anxiety – Yes, Christians experience stress and anxiety. Discover ways you can manage and break through stress and anxiety and find peace.
Fit, Fine and Fabulous – Being fit is not defined by a certain look, body type or shape—it starts with your state of mind. Understand how certain lifestyle changes can impact your entire life. Be well and reap the benefits!
Mental Health: Knowing the Signs – Learn how to identify the symptoms and signs of mental health issues in your life or in the life of your loved ones in order to get the necessary help.
Segment 3: Destination Ahead: Becoming More
Becoming more in your life’s journey as relates to one’s faith, relationships and mental, physical and emotional experience.
