In the Presence of The Lord Everything Changed

Scripture: The earth quaked, the heavens poured down rain, before God, the One of Sinai, before God, the God of Israel. Psalm 68:8

Devotional: In the presence of the Lord our mountains melt down like wax. In His presence there is the fullness of joy. In His presence blessing pour down like rain. In His presence He makes your enemies to be at peace with you. In His presence sickness has to kneel and submit unto God. In His presence no good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. In His presence all conflict within marriages are sanctified by the cleansing of the word. In His presence there is peace to calm all anxieties and worries. In His presence all financial strongholds are taken captive and breakthroughs are released. In His presence the forces of evil has to surrender to the name of Jesus. In His presence generational curses within families are broken and relationships are restored. The Lord said in Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love he will exult over you with loud singing.”

Prayer: Lord in your presence our hands are washed clean and we receive your goodness and mercy. Father when we’re in your presence you quiet our hearts with your stillness and unceasing love. Lord when we’re in your presence we gaze upon your beauty to inquire to enter into your holy temple. Lord when we’re in your presence we humble ourselves to be obedient because we are your servants. When we’re in your presence your light shines through us to be our lamp throughout all the darkness. Lord you said in Psalm 73:28 “But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord God my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.” In Jesus name we pray amen.

Death Surrounded Me but God’s Mercy Stepped In

Scripture: “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.Titus 2:11-14

Devotional: God knows how to step into your situation just at the right time. The Lord is not far from the brokenhearted nor is he slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness. The Lord said in 1 Peter 5:10 “And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”

Prayer: Gracious God, Death has surrounded many of your people but your Mercy has stepped in to have compassion on them. We thank you Lord for your Mercy because it’s your Mercy that stretches far beyond our transgressions. Lord thank you for being a God who keeps no records of our wrongs, and for loving us unconditionally. Father we ask in the name of Jesus for you to revive our Spirit, and heal our broken hearts. God we believe you can make all things new again. Lord you said in Psalm 119:107 “I am severely afflicted give me life, O Lord, according to your word!” In Jesus name we pray amen.

Weekly Devotional | Lord Please Expand Our Vision

Lord Please Expand Our Vision

Scripture: “Where there is no vision, the people perish but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.Proverbs 29:18

Devotional: God has more for us than what the natural eye can see. Sometimes our vision can get blinded by the things we are going through, and it can impact everything around us. The Encouragement for today is it’s time to start looking through a new set of lens. You see when you start viewing things in the Spirit you then began to activate Faith, and once your Faith is activated then we can see Gods hand start to move in and through our lives. The Lord said in James 1:6 “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.”

Prayer:  Almighty God please expand our vision so that we can enter into all of the blessings that you have instore for us. Lord we rebuke in the name of Jesus the Spirit of having a blind eye. Lord we ask in the name of Jesus for you to open up our Spiritual Eye so that we can see more clearly all of the things we could not see before. Lord you said in Ephesians 1:18 “Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints.” It’s in Jesus name that we pray amen.

Exalt The Lord, Who Has Established Us

Scripture: “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:6-7

Prayer: Heavenly Father, we believe Prayer is a Powerful Weapon that should not be underestimated. We unite as One Body in Christ Jesus to Exalt your Holy Majestic name. Lord your word is a Sword, and it can turn around every and all situations. Father God, we ask you on this day to draw all lost souls unto you. Lord you said in Luke 19:9-10, “Today salvation has come to this house, For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” Lord, we ask in the name of Jesus for you to release your Divine Healing Power, to heal our land.  Lord, you said in 2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Father, help us to draw closer to you as a nation and enable us to look to you for guidance and direction. We pray, through the power of the Holy Spirit, that we as a nation, as people, that we will be united and everyone is treated with dignity and there is equality for all humankind.  Enable us to love another as we seek to grow in our love for you.  We ask all these things and more on this National Day of Prayer in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen!

Weekly Devotional | Why Me Lord When I’ve Been Faithful

Weekly Devotional
May 1-7

Why Me Lord When I’ve Been Faithful

Scripture: “Making your ear attentive to wisdom and inclining your heart to understanding; yes, if you call out for insight and raise your voice for understanding, if you seek it like silver and search for it as for hidden treasures, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.Proverbs 2:2-5

Devotional: One question many people always ask is “Why Me Lord” when I’ve been faithful. Why did I have to lose my house when I’ve been faithful? Why did I have to lose my job when I serve in the ministry at church, and I’ve been faithful? Why did my spouse walk out on our marriage when I tithe every Sunday, and I’ve been faithful? Why am I struggling financially when all I do is help other people, and I’ve been faithful? Why did I have to lose my business when I gave up everything I owned to start it, and I’ve been faithful? Why does my child treat a stranger with more dignity, and respect than the one who gave them life when I’ve been faithful? Why did I have to bury my loved one when I’ve been faithful? Why have I been single all these years when I’ve been faithful? When you think about all of the “Why Questions” that ponder in our hearts it becomes a doorway for the enemy to enter and dwell. The Lord said in Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. The word of Encouragement my brothers and sisters is “Give It To Me”. The Lord wants you to give the yoke to him so the burden can depart from your shoulder, and be broken off of your life. The Lord said in John 8:32 “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Prayer: Almighty God you have the power to set us free. Lord whatever it is in our life that is weighing us down we ask in the name of Jesus for you to break the yoke and release us. Lord, we believe you hear the prayers of the humble and you will rescue us from all raging waters. Lord, you said in Acts 11:14 “He will declare to you a message by which you will be saved, you and all your household.” In Jesus’ name we pray amen.

Weekly Devotional | The Revelation In Crushing

The Revelation In Crushing

Scripture: “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” Proverbs 17:22

Devotional: Have you ever been through something that crushed your spirit, and it shattered your heart into a million pieces? It’s never easy going through the crushing process because you are being squeezed, and pulled in many different directions. God designed all of us differently, and we each handle pain in a different way. We need to remember that the Lord is our Shepherd and he does care for us. The Lord said in Matthew 10:6 “But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and he has the power to bind up their wounds. The Lord said in Isaiah 57:15 “For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.” The God we serve is the Potter, and we are his clay. When we say yes Lord we accept your will for our lives then, and then only can God mold us, and transform us into the image that he wants us to be. Many times in life our attention is too focused on all problems and we can’t see past any of the rain. The Lord told us Matthew 5:45 “That you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.” The crushing is never comfortable, and yes it does hurt but the Lord promised us he would give us beauty for our ashes. In the crushing, we gain new revelation about God because we walk with him, and he reveals the depths of his spirit unto us. The Lord said in Colossians 2:9-10 “For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.

Prayer: Sovereign Lord your radiance and, glory upholds the entire universe by your Word and Power. Lord, we humble ourselves before the throne of grace to ask in the name of Jesus for you to grant us comfort in times of trouble. Lord, we pray for every crushed spirit who is sitting in a room of darkness. Lord, we ask in the name of Jesus for you to cast off all forms of darkness, and allow your armor of light to shine over their life. Lord, you said in 2 Peter 1:19 “And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.” In Jesus’ name, we pray amen.

Weekly Devotional | This Is What I Know

Weekly Devotional
February 27 – March 5

This Is What I Know

Scripture: “Our Redeemer—the Lord of hosts is his name is the Holy One of Israel.Isaiah 47:4

Devotional: This is what I know my Redeemer still lives. He is the first and the last, and there is no other God beside him. This is what I know at the name of Jesus every knee will bow in heaven and on earth, and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord of all. This is what I know the blood still has Power and through the blood, there is forgiveness which cleanses me from all my sin. This is what I know the Lord is Faithful, and his mercies never come to an end for they are new every morning. This is what I know the Lord is my Strong tower, and he will fight for me. For my enemies rise up against me one way, and flee before me seven different ways. This is what I know even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for him that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. This is what I know he was wounded for my transgressions, and he has the Authority to restore me back unto full health. This what I know for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, and since the Lord is my Light and Salvation whom shall I fear? This is what I know my Redeemer still lives and as long as he still lives I shall come out as Pure Gold.

Prayer: O Holy One of Israel, we enter your presence with a humble heart and a willing spirit. Thank you, Lord, for walking with us and teaching us how we should go. Father God thank you for implanting your word within us which is able to save our souls. Father, we love you, and we believe you are able to sustain us and hold all things together. In Jesus’ name, we pray amen.

Weekly Devotional | My Calling To Fulfill

February 13-19

My Calling To Fulfill

Scripture: “just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” -Matthew 20:28

Devotional: The importance of a Mission Statement allows one to maintain focus on the purpose and goals of an organization or business. Everyone should live and operate by one; even our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ lived by a Mission Statement while here on planet earth; Luke 19:10 says “For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.” His heart was purposeful and His aim was one goal; to save humanity from their sin. Jesus refused to be guided by anything other than His high call. The question becomes, are you fulfilling the mission that our Heavenly Father has chosen for you to do? Let’s pray that God will keep that purpose and goal at the forefront of everything that we do:

Prayer: Father, Lord of Heaven and Earth, I must acknowledge and repent that I haven’t always kept You as my priority and what You have called me to do as my primary focus, but I thank You for yet another chance to be used for Your service. I pray that You will fill me and others with your presence to exercise the gifts that You have so richly given to us to make a difference in what you have purposed in our hearts to do; remind us, Heavenly Father, that we do this only for your goodness and your glory. We love you and we thank you for the joy that we receive in giving ourselves for kingdom building, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen!!!

Weekly Devotional | The Testimony of The Blood

Weekly Devotional

The Testimony of The Blood

Scripture: “This is he who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not by the water only but by the water and the blood. And the Spirit is the one who testifies because the Spirit is the truth.” 1 John 5:6

Devotional: The Blood of Jesus Christ still has Divine Power to strengthen and uplift you. The Lord said in 1 Corinthians 6:14 “And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power.” The blood is still flowing, and running into the veins of every believer to bear witness as a living testimony that the blood still speaks. The blood is our lifeline, and it’s only by the Grace of God that allows us to keep on pressing forward. The Lord said in John 19:34 “But one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and at once there came out blood and water.” Oh Brothers and Sisters everything you need is in the blood of Jesus Christ. The Lord said in Hebrews 10:22 “Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.” The Blood is an eternal covenant and a sure promise that God will never leave you nor forsake you.

Prayer: Oh Precious Lamb of God how we thank you for laying down your life for us upon Calvary. Lord, we thank you for being obedient unto the Father, and for going to the cross to make atonement for our sins. Lord we ask in the name of Jesus for you to pour out your blood over every broken heart, those who are oppressed by financial strongholds, those who are lost, those who are suffering from demonic attacks, those who are sick, those who have troubled marriages, those who are suffering from depression and anxiety, those who are coping with the loss of a loved, those who are unemployed, those who are homeless, those who are losing the faith, protection over our children, and all other unspoken petitions. Lord let this be the day that we walk in all spiritual truth believing that you are our helper, and there’s nothing too big for our God to handle. The Lord said in John 15:26 “But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.” It’s in Jesus’ name that we pray amen.

Is Your Vision Cloudy?

Scripture: “Before they call I will answer; while they are yet speaking I will hear.” Isaiah 65:24

Devotional: As sure as the sun rises and the sun sets, the promise still awaits. The Lord said in Psalm 104:5 “He set the earth on its foundations so that it should never be moved.” There are so many of us who are experiencing a great deal of pain and the burdens of life have stopped us dead in our tracks. We are so blinded by our problems that it has clouded our vision to move forward with our life. The enemy has a strategy he knows if he can cloud our vision then he can blind us from seeing the truth. The enemy doesn’t want our vision to be clear but instead, he wants to paralyze us by fear and doubt. The devil knows once our vision is clear and we are walking in the obedience of God’s word then his time is short. When we encounter trials of various kinds we do not need to lose heart. The Lord said in 1 Thessalonians 3:3 “That no one be moved by these afflictions. For you yourselves know that we are destined for this.” You need to remember that there’s a calling over your life and the enemy is threatened by your potential because he knows what you will become. The Lord said in Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Prayer: Abba Father we cry out to you on this day to ask you to destroy every lie of the enemy that has risen up against our life. Father God, we ask in the name of Jesus for you to sanctify us through your word and to consecrate us in all of your truth. For Lord, you are seated at the right hand of God and we ask you to plead our cause. Father God, we ask in the name of Jesus for you to remove every burden and set all those who are oppressed free. Lord, you said in Psalm 81:6 “I relieved your shoulder of the burden; your hands were freed from the basket.” In Jesus’ name, we pray amen.
