Love That Flows Out from All Eternity

Scripture: As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. John 15:9

Devotional: God’s love never ceases, and it binds everything together into perfect harmony. The Love God has for us is like a river that flows out streams of joy from the wells of salvation. As God has loved his son he also shares the same love towards us. The Lord said in Jeremiah 31:3 “The Lord appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.” Our God knows all about your past, and the person who you use to be. Our God makes all things new because through the washing of the living word all things are reconciled. The Lord wants us to draw near unto him with a sincere heart and a pure desire to submit unto his will. The Lord said in Psalm 51:2 “Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin!”

Prayer: Lord you are our Teacher and we are your Servants, and we humble ourselves before thee holding back nothing. Father thank you for giving us wisdom to understand a servant is not greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Lord you said in Proverbs 16:16 “How much better to get wisdom than gold! To get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.” In Jesus name we pray amen.

Weekly Devotional | The Enemy Can’t Break You

Weekly Devotional

June 5 – 11

The Enemy Can’t Break You

Scripture: The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion. Proverbs 28:1

Devotional: You are strong, and the Lord is your helper. The Lord said in Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” God promised that he would fight for you, and he said to be watchful and to stand firm in the faith. The Lord said in Ephesians 6:10 “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.” The Lord knows you have grown tired, and your soul has grown weary because of all of the opposition that has risen up against you. You have to remember that no matter what you’re up against God has given you the grace to stand and fight. The Lord said in Isaiah 40:29 “He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.” The enemy cannot break you because if the Lord is your shield of defense who can stand against you?

Prayer: O God you are our strength, and we will not fear any evil. Lord you are our rod and staff and you are our protection. Lord you are our Rock and Salvation in you we trust. Father we believe nothing the enemy does can break us because you are a Man of war and the Lord is your name. Lord you said in Exodus 15:6 “Your right hand, O Lord, glorious in power, your right hand, O Lord, shatters the enemy.” In Jesus name amen.

Weekly Devotional | Respect Is Necessary

Weekly Devotional
May 29 – June 4

Respect Is Necessary

Scripture: A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:34-35

Devotional: In order to receive respect you must first understand the importance of giving respect. The Lord said in 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 “We ask you brothers to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves.” Respect is important because when we respect one another we show that we care how our actions can impact others. The Lord said in 1 Peter 4:8 “Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.”

Prayer: Dear Lord please teach us how to show more respect and kindness towards one another. Father please help us to listen to one another and how to cast off offenses. Lord if we have disrespected anyone knowingly or unknowing we ask for forgiveness in the name of Jesus. Lord you said in 1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” In Jesus name we pray amen.

Our Prayers Are With The City of Uvalde, TX

Our Prayers Are With The City of Uvalde, TX

Heavenly Father, we come right now acknowledging you as our Father.  For You are the great I am and we love you and we thank you for who you are; for You are still God and we thank you that you are still sovereign even in the midst of this horrific tragedy in the community of Uvade, Texas.  We come now praying as we lift up this city to you after experiencing devastation like no other.   O God touch as only You can touch, healing as only You can heal by Your power.  We pray for the families of the victims; Oh Lord, we cannot imagine what they are going through right now but we know that You know and You are able to give them what they need; so we ask, by the power of Jesus that You will comfort them and allow them to feel Your love and Your compassion right now.  We all hurt and feel the pain of this; remind us that You are with us as we pray for those impacted firsthand.  Father, we know that it will take time to heal and all we have is amazing grace to see us through and this is our prayer.

Then Lord, we pray that something will be done by who are in authority; that we must do something about the availability of guns and firearms. Father, as citizens help us to be proactive in whatever we need to do, so we will not have to continue to see or witness the repeated actions week after week.

Father, we pray for other school districts across this country.  We pray that this will not happen again and Sovereign Lord, remind us to look to the hills which cometh our help because all of our help comes from thee;  Father we love you and we ask now your presence be in the midst of this pain, in the blessed name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, Amen and Amen!!!

In the Presence of The Lord Everything Changed

Scripture: The earth quaked, the heavens poured down rain, before God, the One of Sinai, before God, the God of Israel. Psalm 68:8

Devotional: In the presence of the Lord our mountains melt down like wax. In His presence there is the fullness of joy. In His presence blessing pour down like rain. In His presence He makes your enemies to be at peace with you. In His presence sickness has to kneel and submit unto God. In His presence no good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. In His presence all conflict within marriages are sanctified by the cleansing of the word. In His presence there is peace to calm all anxieties and worries. In His presence all financial strongholds are taken captive and breakthroughs are released. In His presence the forces of evil has to surrender to the name of Jesus. In His presence generational curses within families are broken and relationships are restored. The Lord said in Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love he will exult over you with loud singing.”

Prayer: Lord in your presence our hands are washed clean and we receive your goodness and mercy. Father when we’re in your presence you quiet our hearts with your stillness and unceasing love. Lord when we’re in your presence we gaze upon your beauty to inquire to enter into your holy temple. Lord when we’re in your presence we humble ourselves to be obedient because we are your servants. When we’re in your presence your light shines through us to be our lamp throughout all the darkness. Lord you said in Psalm 73:28 “But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord God my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.” In Jesus name we pray amen.

Death Surrounded Me but God’s Mercy Stepped In

Scripture: “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.Titus 2:11-14

Devotional: God knows how to step into your situation just at the right time. The Lord is not far from the brokenhearted nor is he slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness. The Lord said in 1 Peter 5:10 “And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”

Prayer: Gracious God, Death has surrounded many of your people but your Mercy has stepped in to have compassion on them. We thank you Lord for your Mercy because it’s your Mercy that stretches far beyond our transgressions. Lord thank you for being a God who keeps no records of our wrongs, and for loving us unconditionally. Father we ask in the name of Jesus for you to revive our Spirit, and heal our broken hearts. God we believe you can make all things new again. Lord you said in Psalm 119:107 “I am severely afflicted give me life, O Lord, according to your word!” In Jesus name we pray amen.

Weekly Devotional | Lord Please Expand Our Vision

Weekly Devotional
May 8-14

Lord Please Expand Our Vision

Scripture: “Where there is no vision, the people perish but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.Proverbs 29:18

Devotional: God has more for us than what the natural eye can see. Sometimes our vision can get blinded by the things we are going through, and it can impact everything around us. The Encouragement for today is it’s time to start looking through a new set of lens. You see when you start viewing things in the Spirit you then began to activate Faith, and once your Faith is activated then we can see Gods hand start to move in and through our lives. The Lord said in James 1:6 “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.”

Prayer:  Almighty God please expand our vision so that we can enter into all of the blessings that you have instore for us. Lord we rebuke in the name of Jesus the Spirit of having a blind eye. Lord we ask in the name of Jesus for you to open up our Spiritual Eye so that we can see more clearly all of the things we could not see before. Lord you said in Ephesians 1:18 “Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints.” It’s in Jesus name that we pray amen.
