In the Presence of The Lord Everything Changed

Scripture: The earth quaked, the heavens poured down rain, before God, the One of Sinai, before God, the God of Israel. Psalm 68:8

Devotional: In the presence of the Lord our mountains melt down like wax. In His presence there is the fullness of joy. In His presence blessing pour down like rain. In His presence He makes your enemies to be at peace with you. In His presence sickness has to kneel and submit unto God. In His presence no good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. In His presence all conflict within marriages are sanctified by the cleansing of the word. In His presence there is peace to calm all anxieties and worries. In His presence all financial strongholds are taken captive and breakthroughs are released. In His presence the forces of evil has to surrender to the name of Jesus. In His presence generational curses within families are broken and relationships are restored. The Lord said in Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love he will exult over you with loud singing.”

Prayer: Lord in your presence our hands are washed clean and we receive your goodness and mercy. Father when we’re in your presence you quiet our hearts with your stillness and unceasing love. Lord when we’re in your presence we gaze upon your beauty to inquire to enter into your holy temple. Lord when we’re in your presence we humble ourselves to be obedient because we are your servants. When we’re in your presence your light shines through us to be our lamp throughout all the darkness. Lord you said in Psalm 73:28 “But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord God my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.” In Jesus name we pray amen.

Death Surrounded Me but God’s Mercy Stepped In

Scripture: “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.Titus 2:11-14

Devotional: God knows how to step into your situation just at the right time. The Lord is not far from the brokenhearted nor is he slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness. The Lord said in 1 Peter 5:10 “And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”

Prayer: Gracious God, Death has surrounded many of your people but your Mercy has stepped in to have compassion on them. We thank you Lord for your Mercy because it’s your Mercy that stretches far beyond our transgressions. Lord thank you for being a God who keeps no records of our wrongs, and for loving us unconditionally. Father we ask in the name of Jesus for you to revive our Spirit, and heal our broken hearts. God we believe you can make all things new again. Lord you said in Psalm 119:107 “I am severely afflicted give me life, O Lord, according to your word!” In Jesus name we pray amen.

Weekly Devotional | Lord Please Expand Our Vision

Weekly Devotional
May 8-14

Lord Please Expand Our Vision

Scripture: “Where there is no vision, the people perish but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.Proverbs 29:18

Devotional: God has more for us than what the natural eye can see. Sometimes our vision can get blinded by the things we are going through, and it can impact everything around us. The Encouragement for today is it’s time to start looking through a new set of lens. You see when you start viewing things in the Spirit you then began to activate Faith, and once your Faith is activated then we can see Gods hand start to move in and through our lives. The Lord said in James 1:6 “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.”

Prayer:  Almighty God please expand our vision so that we can enter into all of the blessings that you have instore for us. Lord we rebuke in the name of Jesus the Spirit of having a blind eye. Lord we ask in the name of Jesus for you to open up our Spiritual Eye so that we can see more clearly all of the things we could not see before. Lord you said in Ephesians 1:18 “Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints.” It’s in Jesus name that we pray amen.

TCWW Celebrates National Day of Prayer

Join us as we pray as a congregation on this National Day of Prayer, May 5, 2022

Exalt The Lord, Who Has Established Us

Scripture: “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:6-7

Prayer: Heavenly Father, we believe Prayer is a Powerful Weapon that should not be underestimated. We unite as One Body in Christ Jesus to Exalt your Holy Majestic name. Lord your word is a Sword, and it can turn around every and all situations. Father God, we ask you on this day to draw all lost souls unto you. Lord you said in Luke 19:9-10, “Today salvation has come to this house, For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” Lord, we ask in the name of Jesus for you to release your Divine Healing Power, to heal our land.  Lord, you said in 2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Father, help us to draw closer to you as a nation and enable us to look to you for guidance and direction. We pray, through the power of the Holy Spirit, that we as a nation, as people, that we will be united and everyone is treated with dignity and there is equality for all humankind.  Enable us to love another as we seek to grow in our love for you.  We ask all these things and more on this National Day of Prayer in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen!

Weekly Devotional | Why Me Lord When I’ve Been Faithful

Weekly Devotional
May 1-7

Why Me Lord When I’ve Been Faithful

Scripture: “Making your ear attentive to wisdom and inclining your heart to understanding; yes, if you call out for insight and raise your voice for understanding, if you seek it like silver and search for it as for hidden treasures, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.Proverbs 2:2-5

Devotional: One question many people always ask is “Why Me Lord” when I’ve been faithful. Why did I have to lose my house when I’ve been faithful? Why did I have to lose my job when I serve in the ministry at church, and I’ve been faithful? Why did my spouse walk out on our marriage when I tithe every Sunday, and I’ve been faithful? Why am I struggling financially when all I do is help other people, and I’ve been faithful? Why did I have to lose my business when I gave up everything I owned to start it, and I’ve been faithful? Why does my child treat a stranger with more dignity, and respect than the one who gave them life when I’ve been faithful? Why did I have to bury my loved one when I’ve been faithful? Why have I been single all these years when I’ve been faithful? When you think about all of the “Why Questions” that ponder in our hearts it becomes a doorway for the enemy to enter and dwell. The Lord said in Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. The word of Encouragement my brothers and sisters is “Give It To Me”. The Lord wants you to give the yoke to him so the burden can depart from your shoulder, and be broken off of your life. The Lord said in John 8:32 “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Prayer: Almighty God you have the power to set us free. Lord whatever it is in our life that is weighing us down we ask in the name of Jesus for you to break the yoke and release us. Lord, we believe you hear the prayers of the humble and you will rescue us from all raging waters. Lord, you said in Acts 11:14 “He will declare to you a message by which you will be saved, you and all your household.” In Jesus’ name we pray amen.

As part of our Christian walk, we will grow closer to the Lord and mature in our faith. Over the 40 days, we want you to be diligent in your daily devotion and mediation of God’s Word. Our focus is to seek God’s direction for our lives, our families, our church families, and our city. Weekly Devotional | The Revelation In Crushing

Weekly Devotional
February 20 – 26

The Revelation In Crushing

Scripture: “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” Proverbs 17:22

Devotional: Have you ever been through something that crushed your spirit, and it shattered your heart into a million pieces? It’s never easy going through the crushing process because you are being squeezed, and pulled in many different directions. God designed all of us differently, and we each handle pain in a different way. We need to remember that the Lord is our Shepherd and he does care for us. The Lord said in Matthew 10:6 “But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and he has the power to bind up their wounds. The Lord said in Isaiah 57:15 “For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.” The God we serve is the Potter, and we are his clay. When we say yes Lord we accept your will for our lives then, and then only can God mold us, and transform us into the image that he wants us to be. Many times in life our attention is too focused on all problems and we can’t see past any of the rain. The Lord told us Matthew 5:45 “That you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.” The crushing is never comfortable, and yes it does hurt but the Lord promised us he would give us beauty for our ashes. In the crushing, we gain new revelation about God because we walk with him, and he reveals the depths of his spirit unto us. The Lord said in Colossians 2:9-10 “For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.

Prayer: Sovereign Lord your radiance and, glory upholds the entire universe by your Word and Power. Lord, we humble ourselves before the throne of grace to ask in the name of Jesus for you to grant us comfort in times of trouble. Lord, we pray for every crushed spirit who is sitting in a room of darkness. Lord, we ask in the name of Jesus for you to cast off all forms of darkness, and allow your armor of light to shine over their life. Lord, you said in 2 Peter 1:19 “And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.” In Jesus’ name, we pray amen.

Weekly Devotional | This Is What I Know

Weekly Devotional
February 27 – March 5

This Is What I Know

Scripture: “Our Redeemer—the Lord of hosts is his name is the Holy One of Israel.Isaiah 47:4

Devotional: This is what I know my Redeemer still lives. He is the first and the last, and there is no other God beside him. This is what I know at the name of Jesus every knee will bow in heaven and on earth, and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord of all. This is what I know the blood still has Power and through the blood, there is forgiveness which cleanses me from all my sin. This is what I know the Lord is Faithful, and his mercies never come to an end for they are new every morning. This is what I know the Lord is my Strong tower, and he will fight for me. For my enemies rise up against me one way, and flee before me seven different ways. This is what I know even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for him that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. This is what I know he was wounded for my transgressions, and he has the Authority to restore me back unto full health. This what I know for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, and since the Lord is my Light and Salvation whom shall I fear? This is what I know my Redeemer still lives and as long as he still lives I shall come out as Pure Gold.

Prayer: O Holy One of Israel, we enter your presence with a humble heart and a willing spirit. Thank you, Lord, for walking with us and teaching us how we should go. Father God thank you for implanting your word within us which is able to save our souls. Father, we love you, and we believe you are able to sustain us and hold all things together. In Jesus’ name, we pray amen.
