BaptismA visual demonstration of your faith & obedience.
We believe baptism is an ocular demonstration of God’s inward renewal in the life of the believer. In baptism, our names are changed. In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit we are placed under the authority of God’s power and protection. It is the symbol of Christ’s death, burial and resurrection to a new life.
Go then, to all people everywhere and make them My disciples. Baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and then teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” – Matthew 28:19-20
All candidates for Baptism must take the Ordinances of Baptism, which is a 3-class series. Children should be at least 7½ years of age for Baptism. If the child is under 10 years of age, parents must be present during the Ordinance of Baptism Class.
